Do You Offer Refunds & Returns?
We’re confident that you’re going to love your vinyl but if you have any questions about your order, please get in touch and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Every print is custom made to order, so we’re unfortunately not able to accept a returns. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, however, we will of course refund your order or send you another replacement item, whichever you prefer.
Can You Do Bespoke Orders?
Of course! If you are looking for something bespoke or customized, get in touch with our team in our workshop who are more than happy to help.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Provided we have not started printing your order we can cancel it for you. Get in touch by email as soon as you can and let us know.
When Will I Get My Order?
All our Vinyls are made to order so please allow 3 – 5 working days to receive your order.
